You should get their luggage first on Level 2, then find Universal Parks and Resorts Vacations on Level 1 (Ground Transportation). The “A” Terminal desk is against the wall and the “B” Terminal desk is against the window. Universal Studios will have large signs with the Universal globe on it, so it should be identifiable.
What is SuperStar Shuttle:
Universal’s SuperStar Shuttle Program offers Round Trip Transfers from Orlando International Airport (MCO) to the Universal Orlando Resort® On-Site Hotels; Loews Cabana Bay Beach Resort, Loews Sapphire Falls Resort, Loews Royal Pacific Resort, Hard Rock Hotel® and Loews Portofino Bay Resort. This product can be added to any Universal Parks and Resorts Vacations® (UPRV) package or On-Site Hotel Room only reservations. It will not only include Airport Transfer but it will also include Universal Orlando Hotel Transportation desks located on the Ground Transportation level (Level 1) of Orlando International Airport (MCO) and a Travel Wallet with pre –printed travel documents and tickets. Upon purchase guests will receive communication via UPRV that will instruct them on how supply their airline information and arrange for transportation drop-off and pick up. Shuttle service will be provided by SuperShuttle LLC.
